Epidurals & Ultrasounds
No, I am not pregnant. But I sure have been hanging out with a lot of women lately. 
The epidural went in to my back just fine. It was considerably painful but it is working fine. They have lowered the dosage of oral methodone that I am on and replaced it with the morphine mix I am on presently in the pump.
Secondly, they did a chest r-xay and found a large area of liquid in my lung. So, with the help of an unltrasound we did a real quick Thoracentesis. It was productive: almost 1.5L of liquid were drained from my right lung.

We are still waiting for breathing capability to increase, some of my appetite/constipation issues to be resolved, and the overall pain management to improve. Keep praying!

Zac you are an inspiration to me despite having never met you. Your positive attitude and Christ focus in the midst of all that is happening is simply amazing. My prayer is that in my own ministry that I too point all circumstances directly to the God of our salvation. He is God! And He is Good! Thank you for sharing your life with us.

I just wanted you to know that I saw the video at Newspring the day that it aired… since then I had not seen any posts on how you were doing until one day I read a “tweet” that one of the Newspringers made. Ever since then… you have really been on my heart! I am constantly praying for you and your family. I do hope that this latest procedure will do the job as far as the pain! But most importantly, I pray for an awesome act of God, which I know He is able!!!! I have seen it before, being in the medical field! If its His will, then Im sure you will hear the praise from all the, obvious, family and friends that you have! To conclude this… I want you to know that I love reading your posts! What an encouragement you are just to me! I look on this blog site EVERY night!

Praying for you and your family! God is using you in great ways! I don’t know if this will help or not but I just started reading Gillian McKeith’s first book that’s based on a Macrobiotic diet. Her opening story is pretty amazing and I would encourage you to read it. I’m sure you’ve had you’re fill of suggestions though. But nonetheless, no matter what, God is good, faithful, and wonderful! =) God bless ya!

Hi Zac, I saw your link through Facebook. Thank you for your powerful testimony. I have been inspired by your steadfastness in the Lord regardless of the outcome. I was wondering if you had considered or explored alternative medicine. If not I’d like to send you some info that might help you understand cancer (at least from a different medical perspective) and why conventional medicine views cancer the way they do and why they will not use natural therapy– explaining the science and politics of cancer.
