Illness As Glory Of God
My friend Brad Cooper told me to read the following:
John 11:3-4 — So the sisters sent to him saying, “Lord, he whom you love is ill.” But when Jesus heard it he said, “This illness does not lead to death. It is for the glory of God, so that the Son of God may be glorified through it.”
That is a powerful concept. I continue to trust that God will use my illness for His glory.

We are praying that too, Zac….everyday!
Me too, Zac.
Zac, just a note to let you know we have been following your journey and that we as a family and church (Roca Viva) are praying for you from Costa Rica.
That is my prayer for you, too, Zac! That was what we studied at our Beth Moore Bible Study on Monday night – that we would glorify God through whatever circumstances we find ourselves in. Hang in there!
Zac,
I’m not sure if you remember, but this is the scripture that Garett was teaching on the weekend before we found out about the cancer. This scripture had been heavy on our hearts and we believe with all our hearts it is for you and your fam at this time. I wrote you this on a previous blog as well. Your pic is on our fridge with this scripture above it. We have rejoiced in your healing and will pray the Lord would continue that great work which He has begun. We love you so much and are on our knees for you and your fam, brother.
We hope to see you soon.
Much Love and Blessings,
Jaq
Hello Zac,
I thank God every time I remember you — asking Him to do a mighty work in your life and the lives of Mandy and the kids.
