Obeying God Is Primary
It is a good and exciting time to be Zac. I have talked to many people in the last few days. Some of them have afforded me a considerable amount of time to sit down (or telephone or email) and engage in lengthy discussions. You should probably follow them on Twitter:
- Clayton King
- Lee McDerment
- Paul Marshall (who doesn’t actually Twitter)
- Shane Duffey
- Jon McDerment
- Jim Smith (who also does not Twitter)
- Mark Smith
- Aaron Floyd
- Josh Billings
- Adam Spooner
Wow! That is a plethora of wisdom. Here is one thing that I am learning — and subsequently teaching to my kids:
The most important thing we can do is obey God.
Obeying God is more important than making money. Obeying God is more important than being comfortable. Obeying God is more important than trying to find ways to stay alive for another day.
Obedience to God should be IMMEDIATE, COMPLETE and JOYFUL (thanks, John Piper).
Do it.

Okay.
Yes!
