Five Things You Cannot Have
Luke (my five-year-old son) drew a picture for me one day while he visited me at work. When asked what it was, he told me it was “five things you cannot have.” Here are the five things:
1. Lightning on a rainbow
2. A house with no windows and no doors
3. An apartment building that would fall down with one chop of an axe
4. Someone who dies from just one kick
5. A person who has twelve arms and three legs
That is the awesomest thing I have ever seen.
Yes, I said, “awesomest”
Ha! Awesomest. I cannot wait until I can have philosophical conversations with him about what goes on in his head.
